Munchies Roc City Empanadas was started in the early 1990's by the king of empanadas, Luis Carrasquillo. Our concept was simple. Make good food, create a family legacy and help the community along the way. Munchies is a family owned and operated business based out of Rochester NY. Stop by the restaurant at 250 Cumberland Street, order us on Grub Hub or pick up food from one of our food trucks!
